LBCC Coffee With Your Navigator

  Monday, October the 13th at LBCC hosts yet another big surprise with a pop up "coffee with your navigator" event happening at the first resort in Takena Hall. LBCC Volunteer Fair

Students gather at the tables during an LBCC volunteer event wednesday afternoon for free coffee and chances to win various prizes from guests running the tables this year.  Ankeny Hill showed up and showed out with an awesome table display in honor of their organization's mission at Wednesday's event, which is the preservation of local and indigenous wildlife.            Hello, I'm Christian Colaci, this is my blog. I would like to capture love in culture and the connectivity therein with a focus on people standing out while simultaneously expressing a realization of our similarities. My major is HDFS (Human Development & Family Sciences) which I will hopefully acquire this year, after which I want to get a Bachelors in either Behavioral Health or Non Profit Management in order to be equipped to give back to the community by meeting people where they're at and really focus on the links between mental health, drug addiction and homelessness and really bridge the gaps in care and also change the way we view these conditions and predicaments people have found themselves in. #abolishthestigma.         The commitment is here to stay, therefore I believe there should be some goals for this class, that way there can be a measurable way to track progress and something to work towards that I w...
